Your Legal Indian OPC is committed to absolute transparency and structural accountability. If you identify a compliance gap, a dispute regarding evidentiary data, or an issue with any operational node, our formal Grievance Redressal mechanism is the designated channel for resolution.
Formal Escalation Protocol
Submission
File a formal grievance via the portal. Include your unique Node ID (e.g., YLI-HP-01) and all relevant reference codes.
Acknowledgment
The grievance desk will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and assign a unique tracking identifier to your case.
Resolution
Final resolution or escalation status will be communicated within 15 business days, in compliance with standard grievance frameworks.
