Master Terms of Service
Commercial and infrastructural terms governing Your Legal Indian OPC.
1.0 Enterprise Scope & Acceptance
By executing an API call, utilizing a web interface, or commissioning an algorithmic audit via any division of Your Legal Indian OPC (herein "the Enterprise"), the corporate entity, developer, or individual ("the Client") agrees to be bound by these Master Terms.
These terms supersede any prior oral or written agreements. The Enterprise reserves the right to modify API access, infrastructural availability, or these terms with a mandatory 15-day notice period for active enterprise license holders.
2.0 infrastructural Licensing (B2B SaaS)
Access to nodes such as FinalDemand.ORG and SOWRegistry is provided on a strict SaaS (Software as a Service) and API-metered basis. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the algorithmic and dispatch architecture.
Reverse engineering the proprietary Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) matrix deployed by Nesadiv, or attempting to de-anonymize the HR audit structures of NesaWorks, constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate node termination and legal pursuit.
3.0 Limitation of Liability
3.1 Evidentiary Nodes: While HashPaper provides cryptographic certainty of data existence, the Enterprise assumes zero liability for the contents, legality, or authorship of the original file hashed by the Client.
3.2 Legal Dispatch: Notices generated via FinalDemand.ORG are algorithmically assembled based on Client input. The Enterprise does not provide retained legal counsel. The Client assumes full liability for the claims made, the debt amounts stated, and any resulting defamation or counter-litigation.
3.3 Financial Cap: In no event shall the Enterprise's aggregate liability exceed the total infrastructural subscription fees paid by the Client in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
4.0 Indemnification & Fraud Prevention
If a Client utilizes SOWRegistry to intentionally submit falsified background data, fraudulent upskilling credentials, or fabricated freelance contracts, the Enterprise will permanently blacklist the individual's cryptographic identity across all nodes and report the fraud to the relevant statutory authorities.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Your Legal Indian OPC and its Directors from any third-party claims arising from the Client's misuse of the infrastructure.
